LOTV Financial makes spreadsheet templates and free calculators for the money decisions that matter most: buying a rental, paying off debt, running a household budget and planning big family events.

Why spreadsheets

A good spreadsheet shows its work. You can see every number, change any assumption and keep the file for as long as you want, with no subscription and no account. Our templates are built the way analysts build models for work: clear inputs in blue, formulas you can check, and a dashboard that answers the question you actually have.

English and Spanish

Every template has a full Spanish version, not a machine translation of the labels. Budgeting for a quinceañera or buying a first rental should not require switching languages.

Privacy first

The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. There are no ads, no trackers and no sign-ups, and the numbers you type never leave your device.

Where we are

LOTV Financial is a trade name of Lion of the Valley Investments Ltd. Co., a Texas company. Templates are sold through our Etsy shop, which handles payment and delivery. For questions, message us on Etsy.
